Terms Of Service

The term of this agreement shall begin on the date you register for our File(s) Hosting services OR upload a file via our service, and will continue as long as FileFido.com is providing File(s) Hosting services for you.

FileFido.com offer free file hosting services providing the user abides by the Terms of Service listed below.

(“We”) FileFido.com have the right to terminate your account for any reason, at any time, without notice, at our discretion. We will not backup any of your files before termination, in the termination process all of your files are physically deleted. We also have the right to suspend your service at any time, for any reason, without warning.

We will put full effort into ensuring that your files and FileFido.com are up twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, three hundred and sixty five (365) days a year. This is not by any means a guarantee.

You deem yourself fully responsible for updating, managing, editing and generally owning any content in which you upload to FileFido.com servers and take full responsibility for any files uploaded.

You agree that all content of which you upload you either have full responsibility to upload or own it yourself and that no content, materials, data, work, trade or service mark, trade name, link, advertising or services that actually or potentially violate any applicable law or regulation or infringe or misappropriate any proprietary, intellectual property or contract shall be uploaded and hosted on FileFido.com servers.

You are also fully responsible for any extreme changes in server load brought on by your content uploaded, any mail bombs on the server or DDOS attacks brought to the server due to your uploaded file.

FileFido.com has the right to remove files displayed on sites with any display of, affiliation with or links to illegal content. At all times you have full responsibility for all files and information hosted on FileFido.com. You are completely responsible for the security of your account details and agree that you are fully responsible for any acts inside of your account.

FileFido.com have full rights to terminate any account which is believed to be linked with unsolicited email / SPAM.

FileFido.com WILL IN NO WAY BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF GOODWILL OR PROFIT, FOR ANY MATTER, WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY IS ASSERTED ON THE BASIS OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FileFido.com HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
